Meet Victoria - Founder of Limitless Horizons Collective

Four years ago, I discovered this travel business on Instagram while looking for a smarter way to manage our lifestyle costs. With three teenagers, life was full - and I wanted more from it, not less.

What stood out immediately was the ability to earn through travel - from my own travel, while creating more opportunities to experience the world on our own terms. But more than anything, it was the flexibility. This is a business that can be built in the margins of your day - in small, consistent pockets of time without needing to step away from everything else that matters.

I started by simply booking our own travel. Over time, that evolved into a business built entirely on my terms. Today, it has grown into a residual income stream that has allowed me to step away from my full time career producing TV commercials. I now work with complete flexibility, from anywhere in the world, with a business that fits around my life - not the other way around. With elderly relatives abroad, that freedom has been invaluable - giving me the ability to be present where I’m needed, without compromise.

I’ve also created a legacy business for my three children - something designed to support them well into the future.

Just as importantly, this is not something reserved for a select few. It’s designed to be accessible - for anyone willing to learn, grow, and show up consistently.

    I’m Bels — a divorced mum of three teenage daughters, building a flexible income to secure our future on my terms.

    Since joining in January 2024, I’ve booked over £100,000 in travel and have loved growing my own successful team through the marketing side of the business.

    I came to this at a point where life looked good on paper, but felt completely full in reality - long hours, family responsibilities, and very little flexibility. I wanted something that worked with my life, not against it. Travel had always been my reset button - the thing that brought me back to what really matters. So when I saw a way to turn that into something flexible, purposeful, and genuinely profitable, I decided to go all in.

    We are a company secretary (Andrea), and a Quantity Surveyor (Darren), who already run a successful construction company in central London.

    We joined this exciting independent travel agency business to turn our passion for luxury travel into a lifestyle. As avid explorers, we love helping others create unforgettable journeys filled with style and authenticity.

    Travel has always been my ‘happy place’ - from Mediterranean summers to long-haul escapes, winter holidays and mid-year city breaks. Whether it’s fly-and-flop or something more culture-focused, I’ve always loved the research and planning that goes into a great trip.

    In November 2024, I realised that the time I was already spending planning travel could actually be monetised. By formalising my passion with an independent travel licence, I now earn commission on my own trips, as well as those I book for friends, family and others - travelling smarter, essentially.

    Much like sharing restaurant or bar recommendations, I can happily spend hours talking about destinations, hotels and experiences. That naturally led me to the second part of this world - the opportunity to earn additional income by sharing it with others.

    Simple, flexible, and genuinely game-changing in terms of the travel opportunities, savings and income potential it’s opened up - all within a community I love being part of.

    I spent over 20 years working in TV, the last 10 years as a sports broadcaster and I loved it. But when I had my little girl, my perspective changed. I went away to work on the Olympics for two weeks when my daughter was 15 months old and it was then I realised I needed to do something else. I had waited a long time to be a Mummy and I didn't want to miss out on these precious years. That's when I found out about the travel opportunity.

    I've always LOVED travelling and have been to over 40 countries so it seemed like a great fit. Now I get to be a present Mum and not just for these younger years, I feel so much solace knowing I will never been juggling time off in school holidays or getting someone else to do pick-ups.     I’m a single mum who’s faced a lot of challenges, from health issues and losing my mum recently, to struggling with burnout from nursing and finances.

    Losing my mum made me realise how short life really is - her last words were “go for it and make it work.” That’s why I’m doing this now.     I joined because I needed a way out. My NHS career was taking a real toll on my mental health, and it was starting to affect our home life and my ability to be fully present as a mum.

    Joel saw it too. He supported me in stepping away and starting something completely new. He runs his own construction business, so we’re no strangers to building something from the ground up. But this time, we’re building something together - that sits alongside what he’s created and gives us real choice over our future. We saw the potential to create a willable income for our children - something we can build now and pass down.

    What I didn’t expect was the community. Being surrounded by like-minded people, in a space that feels genuinely supportive, has been a huge part of this journey. Most importantly, it’s given me a flexible way to earn whilst being present for our two boys without sacrificing what matters most.

    For us, this has been more than just a new direction - it’s been a real shift in how we see our future.
